“We do everything in-house. We have a small but exceptionally skilled team,” expressed Corey, who is a third-generation mason and has experience in new home construction as a project superintendent. “The pool sits right on the easement line, so we had to get a variance for it,” explained Cory, referring to the relatively tight lot. “We used every inch of space within what the city allowed. This definitely tested our ability to create a beautiful and functional space.”

Marketing Director Emily Robertson, along with Alyssa Mitchell, Designer, worked with the homeowners to ensure they received the maximum amount of privacy as possible without compromising too much space. Together, they selected the appropriate loungers to create space for walking around and populated the surrounding vistas with greenery for another layer of privacy. In a sense, the “less is more” philosophy perfectly applies to this backyard.
