Natural bluestone coping surrounds the pool, complemented by Cambridge three-piece pavers that form the deck. The spa features oversized bluestone coping stones, creating a luxurious look. Multiple LED multi-color lights illuminate the pool, while the spa includes therapeutic jets for the ultimate relaxation experience.

The homeowners later enhanced the space with a motorized pergola featuring a retractable roof and a surround sound stereo system, creating the perfect entertainment space for their teenage twins and their friends.

The presence of a septic system in the front yard required careful planning of construction access, while utility easement issues in the backyard necessitated positioning the pool on the left side of the house rather than in the back.
